Refund Policy
Scope
● This policy applies to all learners participating In short or long programs
at the Institute.
Responsibilities
● The Institute usually expects requests for refunds to be made by the person concerned.
However it will consider requests made by a learner’s parent or advocate. Receipt of all
requests will be acknowledged within two working days All Institute Staff have a responsibility
for receiving requests for refund, treating them seriously and dealing with them promptly and
courteously in accordance with the procedure set out below.
● Academic Directors have a responsibility for responding to the request by contacting or
meeting with the concerned customer to achieve an understanding of the reason for the
request when considered appropriate.
● The Senior Management Team is responsible for ensuring that all requests for refunds are
handled and responded to effectively and may become directly involved if unresolved by the
